Built around consent and control
Nudgine is designed so you stay in control of what gets captured, who can see it, and what happens after the meeting ends.
Transcription is disclosed; assistants are controlled
Video and audio rooms are configured for transcription by default, but capture begins only after meeting consent and confirmed room presence. Hosted-meeting bots remain off until their owners start them; Solo Sessions include a required, always-on personal bot.
Shared capture has a visible state
Meeting participants can see the transcription state available to their permission level. A participant's Notes, bot state, private feed, and suggestions remain visible only to that participant; personal-bot sharing controls are currently unavailable.
Your notes are private by default
Personal Notes and private assistant output stay with their owner. Transcripts and organization Docs follow explicit meeting and organization permissions.
Host-controlled permissions
The host decides what gets shared and who can see it. Participants join your meeting space under your terms. Role boundaries are enforced so participants only see what you intentionally share with them.
Capture follows the meeting contract
Consent gates entry to live capture. Transcription, saved meeting content, and each user's personal assistant have separate lifecycle and permission rules instead of being treated as one blanket setting.
Account deletion is a controlled process
You can schedule account deletion from Settings. Nudgine waits 24 hours, sends a confirmation email, and makes the request irreversible once processing begins. Connected integrations must be unlinked in Settings before deletion can be scheduled; source data remains at the provider.
Our privacy principles
These are not legal disclaimers. They are the decisions we made when building Nudgine.
Your content is not used for model training
Nudgine does not use your content to train, fine-tune, or improve AI or machine-learning models and does not opt in to provider training programs. Existing models may process scoped content only to provide requested features, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Consent before live capture
Participants complete the meeting consent flow before entering a live room. Shared capture state is meeting-visible, while private assistant activity remains private to its owner.
Sharing is always your choice
Personal Notes and bot responses remain private in Nudgine. Transcripts, summaries, and organization Docs are exposed only through their configured permissions.
Consent is built into the product
Trust and transparency are not features we added on top. They are decisions we made at the product level from the start.
How your data flows
A plain-English view of what happens to your meeting data from start to finish.
You review and give meeting consent
Video and audio rooms require consent before entry. Transcription is configured on by default and begins only after the room is active and provider-confirmed presence establishes the shared timeline.
Authorized users choose assistants
In a hosted meeting, a user's personal Nudgine Bot starts only when its owner chooses to run it. A Solo Session includes the required personal bot and keeps it on while the session is active.
Content stays in its intended scope
Personal Notes, bot history, and private suggestions stay with their owner. Transcripts and organization Docs follow their configured permissions.
You review and share on your terms
After the meeting, your recap and action items are yours. Nothing gets sent to participants or teammates without your action.
You can schedule account deletion
Account deletion starts with a 24-hour pending period and email notice. Once processing begins it cannot be cancelled. Connected integrations must be unlinked in Settings first, and source data remains at the provider.
